Fatal error: no live preview for a themes

    When I click on ‘Live preview’ then there is a error message: ‘
    Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Customize_Manager::register_section_type() in /data03/virt35677/domeenid/www.ketmas.com/htdocs/wp-content/themes/eleganto/lib/customize-pro/class-customize.php on line 68

    Problem is with https://www.ketmas.com site.
    For all new installed themes.
    Wordpress 3.8.16 (no update for WP 4.6.1 yet, can it be because of this?)
    Browser Safari (tried also with Crome, no result).
    OS X Yosemite 10.10.5
