Fatal error – no access to admin page

    Hi all,

    In 2017, I have updated wordpress and wanted to download an add-in. Then I could not get access to any admin page to change the content or so.
    Any help would be much appreciated.
    The error message that is displayed is:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_removable_query_args() in D:\Hosting\11789642\html\wp-admin\menu.php on line 160
