Hi – my website is not loading and is displaying the following error message:

Fatal error: Cannot use ::class with dynamic class name in /home/customer/www/bloomingmarvellous.co.nz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/includes/AJAX/REST/Controller.php on line 54

I also cannot access the admin area to troubleshoot –?https://bloomingmarvellous.co.nz/wp-admin/

    The Recovery mode not initialized.

Within the hosting portal > file manager, I have attempted to rename the folder?ninja-forms?to?ninja-forms-error under public_html > wp-content > plugins but it didn’t help.

The owner of the site says that she has been updating the files pretty frequently. She recently added a message to the site to inform users she was going to be away for 1 month. She thinks the site has been inaccessible for a couple of weeks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@gundersonlyle – Hi – what I did was log into the hosting provider (siteground in my case), and renamed the Ninja Plugin to ninja-forms to ninja-forms-ERROR.

To do that I logged into the hosting provider and did the following (these step may differ with your website hosting provider) Website > Site Tools > File Manager > public_html > wp-content > plugins > renamed ninja-forms to ninja-forms-ERROR

I waited overnight and clicked on the link that was provided in the email (Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue) and it worked.

I was then able to access the Admin area of WP and updated ALL the plugins. I went back into the hosting provider and rename ninja-forms-ERROR back to ninja-forms
