Fatal error message with invoice

    I tried to click on the invoice for an order and I received this message. I tried to up the memory in my wp-config.php file but that didn’t work. Do you know what else I can try?

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3145728 bytes) in /home/beadandgem/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-jetpack/includes/lib/tcpdf_min/fonts/dejavusansb.php on line 14

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Are you referring to the Smart Manager ‘Print-Invoice’ functionality? As per the error message provided by you the same is referring to an error caused by the ‘woocommerce-jetpack’ plugin.

    If possible, could you please try to reproduce the same issue by having only Smart Manager and WooCommerce active on your site and then do let us know your views on the same.

    Also, could you please let us know the steps to reproduce the same issue so that we can try reproducing the same at our end and resolve the same.
