  • Go in via FTP and disable the plugin. It seems that the plugin that you recently installed is causing the problem.

    See FTP
Or use whatever file management application your host provides.

ok this isn’t helping. what do i do to fix the site? it still says fatal error, defining what a ftp is isnt helping me any. i need to know what to do …. step by step i don’t need a definition of FTP, that’s not of any use to me, what do i do??

You need to use FTP to delete the problem plugin. This is the only solution to your current situation. Asking the same thing over & over again won’t change that. If you cannot (or are unwilling to) learn how to use FTP, consider hiring someone to do this for you via https://codepoet.com/ or https://jobs.wordpress.net/

Either way, there is nothing else we can to to help you here.
