Ok, Im sorry I am new to this. Everything was working fine, so this kind of caught me off guard. Where do I or how do I upgrade Arras or switch to a different theme? Is there a link?

If you can’t log in to change themes, you can remove the theme folders via FTP so the only one is twentyeleven. That will force your site to use it.

Ok, How do gain access to the FTP site?

Ask your webhost. They should have directions.
