fatal Error message because of accordion plugin

  • Hello there,

    I can’t log in on my website and whenever I want to simply display it there’s this message:

    Fatal error: Can’t use method return value in write context in /home/horlaorg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/accordions/includes/class-WPAdminSettings.php on line 657

    Could you please let me know how to fix this, and when the problem comes from?

    Thanks for report the issue,

    you should login cPanel to rename the plugin folder accordions to accordions-backup to get deactivate the plugin automatically.

    And then download old version 2.0.23 is last stable version. and reinstall it.

    we have re-writing the plugin latest version and monitoring the errors, i will update plugin as soon as possible problem fixed.

    If possible please try using update PHP version on your server. and see the result.

    i don’t see this error on my side, also others user using the plugin without this problem. i hope updating PHP version should be fixed.
