Fatal Error Message and Unable to access Dashboard or ftp

  • I was changing themes on my dashboard, asked for a preview and this appeared, unable to get in through FTP is there anyway around this so I can get back into my dashboard and change the line error??

  • The recovery techniques involve accessing the files via ftp or your host’s file manager software. If you have cpanel access you should be able to get at the file manager that way. Without such access I think you’re stuck.
