• This is what happend. I already had wordpress installed before and didn’t have a problem installing it before but…I had my domain name on a different hosting account and the server would go down allot during the day and it was cheap hosting.

So my friend let me put my domain name on his hosting account which he pays hundreds of dollars per. month. So I changed the name servers and after about an hour it started pointing to my domain name.

Then I uploaded WordPress again after I got a new Database and user name in MySQL. Did this right like I always do and then uploaded wordpress with FileZilla.

Then I tried to install it and got this message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_admin() in /home/voip/public_html/wp-admin/includes/comment.php on line 159

I have never got this message before. So I looked this up on google and someone else had the same problem but never said their problem got fixed. So I don’t know how to fix this problem. I have also errased all files and uploaded a new wordpress I downloaded again.

And I still get the same Fatal Error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_admin() in /home/voip/public_html/wp-admin/includes/comment.php on line 159

    Why is this happening?

    Please help, thank you!

And I just put my domain name in the browser and got this as my message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/voip/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

Why am I getting all these fatal error messages?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function almost always means one or more files did not get uploaded or are 0 byte.

Try replacing the file query.php under directory wp-includes

Hello,Friends Well I think there must be installation errors.i.e. please check your database connection well or you delete all the files & again upload it to your server.Just follow the steps of wordpress installation.I hope you ll get the right point. If still not able to solve it then I would like to try on this on your server.
