fatal error message

After that it was working regularly, suddenly I get the following error message in K-news > Newsletter:
“Fatal error: Cannot redeclare rgb2hex() (previously declared in /home/myusername/public_html/myblog.net/blog/wp-content/plugins/custom-login/functions/scripts-styles.php:35) in /home/myusername/public_html/myblog.net/blog/wp-content/plugins/knews/includes/knews_util.php on line 195”
What can I do to fix it?
Maybe some incompatibility with other plugins?
