    Hi
I have installed the D5 Business Line Theme. When I try to login I get the Fatal Error message below.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in \\nas17ent\Domains\i\inglisdesign.com\user\htdocs\blog\wp-content\themes\d5-business-line\inc\options-media-uploader.php on line 96

    Can anyone help please?
    Maggie

Go to the specified .php file and delete line 96 then save.

Please update your WordPress version to the latest. You can take access to your site via any FTP client, Delete Business Line Theme, Update WordPress and Install Business Line again.

how do i go to the specified .php file? I need to get rid of fatal error message, when i try to sign in domain admin panel from the business line theme. I cannot sign in to admin panel from wordpress I get the same message since, I installed the business line theme. It is a big mess!!!! Help!!!!

I have had the same problem, my site is https://www.thewhisperer.co.uk , and after I downloaded a theme, I cannot not access my account, it comes up with:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /hermes/bosoraweb064/b1394/ipg.thewhisperercouk/tildyblog/wp-content/themes/simplify/inc/options-media-uploader.php on line 96

    Please can someone help/
maybe I should start up the whole website again, can I delete wordpress without having access to my account?

Hi, is there any way to fix this error without using FTP? Can I just just reset it or wash away the theme? I’ve already upgraded to the latest version.

I have struggled and struggled with FTP and it’s just not working at all. It says that “if you do not already have an FTP account on your server, use your cPanel or website administration tool to set one up”, but I don’t have cPanel and I can’t access any of my admin tools because of this error. Help, please, I would appreciate it a lot!!

@angelicaalzona – if you cannot access your Dashboard, no, you cannot fix this without access to your files on the server.

Also, please start your own thread so someone can help you with this – posting in old threads isn’t a good way to get help on these forums –
