Hello everyone, I am having serious problems with the latest updates.

I use The Event Calendar + Event ticket plugin together with Woocommerce + Woocommerce Membership.

In the online version, the website fails to load giving an error 503

I downloaded a local version, where I deactivated all plugins except:

    • Woocommerce
    • Woocommerce Membership
    • The Events Calendar
    • Event ticket

But the problem only persists with these plugins active

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 163840 bytes) in?/Users/eliasripari/Local Sites/sirio/app/public/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php?on line?195
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in?/Users/eliasripari/Local Sites/sirio/app/public/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/class-wc-admin-settings.php?on line?518

The memory limit in my online version is 2GB

If I deactivate Woocommerce Membership the site will work again.

If I leave Woocomemrce Membership active and deactivate Events Calendar, the website goes back to working – so I think the problem is between these two.

    Hi @elias90 ,

Thank you for your message and the confirmation.

Could you provide the full stack trace of the error to help us better understand the situation? Also, does the error come up immediately after you activate one or the other (plugin)?

    Thread Starter elias90

    (@elias90)

Hello, as I have already explained the problem occurs immediately as soon as I activate the Woocommerce Membership plugin.

The moment I activate the plugin and try to visit the website, it gives me that error.

Woocommerce Membership has not released any updates unlike you. So I assume the problem is due to your plugin.

    I cannot

I cannot active the plugins at the same time otherwise the site will crash.

    Hi @elias90

If you haven’t tried it yet, please try to deactivate all your plugins and use a default theme (like WP’s 2020 theme). After that, activate The Event Calendar + Event ticket plugin together with Woocommerce + Woocommerce Membership, and check if the issue persists.

If that helps, please try to reactivate your plugins one at a time and see which one is causing the issue.

If the above doesn’t help, please check our knowledgebase article for a possible workaround.

Let me know how it goes.

I have already executed these suggestions, and I explained at the beginning of my request that it does not work.

It all started with the latest updates, because everything worked fine before…

    Hi @elias90

One of my colleagues suggested the following:

From the WooCommerce memberships settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Memberships tab), please change the Content Restriction Mode to anything else than “Hide Completely”.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thread Starter elias90

    (@elias90)

    Hi there, yes, it’s work.

Are you planning to fix it? Because for now is ok, but “hide completely” option was a better solution
