Fatal Error Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded

    I get this error message when I try and update and install themes/plugins. Using wordpress 3.2.1

    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\rawrkus-it\wp-includes\class-http.php on line 900

    Can anyone help?
