Fatal Error Maximum Execution Time of 30 seconds

Receiving many of these errors, each one in a different line. The directory is D:\InetPub\vhosts\osusbc.com\httpdocs\wp-includes\class-wp-theme.php.

HostGator is my domain host, this was there response:

Some WordPress plugins are more resource intensive than others, which can lead to them attempting to run for long periods of time, and which can cause the timeout to be exceeded. You would need to look into possibly using another plugin to do the same job, or move to a Windows dedicated server, where you can have the execution time changed to a higher value.

I am not real savvy in this stuff so any help in getting this issue resolved would be greatly appreciated!
