Fatal error: Mappress_Filter::get_url_params()

    Hello

    We are having trouble updating the plugin. We are currently on 2.83.7. The plugin updater did not work so we tried a manual update via FTP and this gave us the error:

    Call to undefined method Mappress_Filter::get_url_params()

    This was shown on the admin and the frontend. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    I’m assuming you’re using the Pro version? If so, the support forum is here:

    And the download you need is in your account here:
    https://mappresspro.com/account

    From the description, it sounds like maybe the Pro version was partially overlaid with the free version when doing the FTP update. Try deleting everything in the MapPress directory (you won’t lose your maps) and reinstalling from the account link above.
