Fatal Error “Manage bookings page” in frontend

    I added the “Manage bookings page” in Settings > Pages > Other Pages to my site. When accessing the page, in the bottom there is a Fatal Error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare convert_to_screen() (previously declared in /var/www/html/mysite/wp-content/plugins/events-manager/classes/em-bookings-table.php:240) in /var/www/html/mysite/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 2675

    Additionally, the page is rendered as if it is to be loaded in the preview for smaller screens and the viewport does not fill the whole browser width but no option is rendered to change the layout. I tried commenting out lines 239-243 in em-bookings-table.php but obviously this did not work and even less was rendered.

    Events Manage version 6.4.7.2 with WordPress 6.4.3
