Fatal error linked to BBPress Members Only

  • When I call a custom page with HTML form to execute DB request I get:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_bbpress() in /customers/___/wp-content/plugins/bbpress-members-only/init.php on line 129

    The custom pages has nothing to do with BBPress or BBP Members Only. So I thought I’d delete BBP Members Only in the hope of resolving this problem. This should not pose a problem because users have to login to access the forum anyway.

    But when I try to delete the Members Only plugin I am asked to provide my Hostname, FTP id and password…this looks very suspicious to me. I’ve never seen this before when uninstalling a plugin.
