Fatal Error Install

I am having the same problem. I have sent a request through the website support form and have emailed yet have not gotten a response. Please review the questions and specifics that I sent through the website yesterday and let me know what to do.

I love the potential of this plugin… if I can get it to work, it’s exactly what I needed! Thank you!

I already emailed them, its just the support is rather slow to get back to me. Ugh.

Good luck, Bj! I think that their file must be corrupt or unfinished and there’s nothing I can do until it’s fixed as crappy as it is to say.

So because the support for this plugin, is so absolutely AWFUL and slow – even for PAID customers, I decided to reach out to a few programmers for advice.

We decided to run the PHP file giving me problems, through an authenticator, and lo and behold we found the following errors:

This count is unaware if curly braces are inside of a string
Error: There are 4 more opening brackets ‘[‘ found

This is complete negligence on the end of the programmers and I am absolutely FURIOUS.
