From what I understand, you’re currently facing a fatal error on your WooCommerce site, which is stopping you from creating new posts or pages. However, the rest of your site seems to be working fine.

The error message you’ve shared suggests that the problem is originating from a function in your theme’s WooCommerce functions file. This might be because of a conflict between your theme and the latest WooCommerce version, or it could be a plugin issue.

Here’s how you can troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Update Your Theme and Plugins: Make sure your Electro theme and all your plugins, particularly WooCommerce, are up-to-date.
    2. Try a Default Theme: Briefly switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront. If the error goes away, your Electro theme might be the problem.
    3. Disable Plugins: If the error continues after changing themes, disable all your plugins except WooCommerce. If this fixes the error, reactivate your plugins one by one to find the conflicting one. Here’s a handy guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
    4. Review Custom Code: If you’ve added any custom code to your WooCommerce functions file, consider removing it to see if that solves the issue.
    5. Reach Out to Theme Developer: If all these steps don’t work, it’s best to contact the Electro theme developers. They’ll have a better understanding of their code and could provide further assistance.

If you’re still facing the problem after trying these steps, could you share more details? Any recent changes you’ve made to your site, like installing new plugins or updating your theme, would help us diagnose the problem.

Additionally, sharing your site’s System Status report will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.

    Hi @bisratlearn,

If I inactive only the WooCommerce plugin then no problem, so I think something wrong with the WooCommerce plugin.

    Hi @mdaminulislamraj

If I inactive only the WooCommerce plugin then no problem, so I think something wrong with the WooCommerce plugin.

Thank you for getting back to us and for providing additional information.

If turning off the WooCommerce plugin fixes the issue, it might be due to a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Here’s what you can do next:

    1. Identify Plugin Conflicts: Keep WooCommerce turned off for now and start reactivating your other plugins one at a time. After each one, see if the problem comes back. If it does, the last plugin you turned on might be clashing with WooCommerce.
    2. Look for Theme Conflicts: If you don’t find any plugin conflicts, try switching to a basic WordPress theme like Storefront while WooCommerce is on. If the problem goes away, your current theme might be the root of the issue.
    3. Reinstall WooCommerce: If the issue still persists, consider reinstalling WooCommerce. You can do this by deactivating and deleting the plugin and then reinstalling it from the WordPress plugin repository.

?? Quick heads-up: It’s really important to backup your full site and database before making any changes. This will ensure that if anything goes wrong, you can easily restore your site to its previous, working state.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it would be great if you could send us your site’s System Status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.
