• Hello together,

on the above mentioned site we do have 1200 users mostly with a subscriber role.
They should be able to access and edit their backend profile page. When they try to do so, they end up with an error message like this… I have no idea what the actual problem is and how to solve it … can somebody give me a hint what could be wrong?

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_is_authorize_application_password_request_valid() (previously declared in /www/htdocs/w01c28e6/neu.g-f-v.org/wp-admin/includes/user.php:614) in /www/htdocs/w01c28e6/neu.g-f-v.org/wp-admin/includes/user.php on line 614

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-One theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
