Fatal Error in Navigating

You could temporary change the name of the theme you got activated, this should enable you to log back into your Dashboard again.

so I made it into the FTP and to the wp-content/themes, and there is only the twentyten theme there. So, I’m not sure what else to check for or how to get this back up and running.

So is there a way to go about and basically ‘reset’ it?

Try switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

And upgrade WordPress, it sounds like you are not running WordPress 3.5.1
