Fatal error in my website since I installed this plugin

    I installed this plugin 30 min ago and since everything is blocked, I can’t do anything. I’m having this fatal error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method wpdb::get_col_length() in /usr/home/josefina.fr/web/wp-content/plugins/random-banner/include/update/upgrade.php on line 19

    Can you help me please?

    Can you please share your WordPress Version. As this plugin is compatible from WordPress 4.2 greater.

    To make your website back, you can delete the plugin from FTP, so that your website will be live.

    Please let me know if you have any trouble.

    Use FTP like filezilla
    Navigate to
    josefina.fr/web/wp-content/plugins/ and delete the Random Banner folder

    Use Control Panel like Parallel Plesk and Cpanel to delete the folder in
    josefina.fr/web/wp-content/plugins/ delete Random Banner folder
