Fatal error in general-template.php on line 132

Hello friends, I am writing because I manage a blog that was attacked and I think I accomplished cleaning. Now I am having a problem putting it back online.

Please Access to https://www.catedragavito.com.ar/index.php and you see this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function locate_template() in /home/cp01058/public_html/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 132

The same happens when you want to access to wp-login.php

Someone comes up which can be being the problem? Thank you very much in advance!
