Been using Caldera Forms on this site right now and it’s been working for months, but now it’s throwing an error which is.

Fatal error: Class ‘calderawp\calderaforms\pro\settings\container’ not found in /home/content/42/7612342/html/wp-content/plugins/caldera-forms/includes/cf-pro-client/classes/settings/active.php on line 21

    That line of code is:
Fatal error: Class 'calderawp\calderaforms\pro\settings\container' not found in /home/content/42/7612342/html/wp-content/plugins/caldera-forms/includes/cf-pro-client/classes/settings/active.php on line 21

Thing is I’m not using CF Pro. Just the regular version. So I have no idea why this is referring to the Pro version.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@databell96 Thanks for using Caldera Forms. I’m sorry you’re having this issue.

Can I ask what version of PHP and WordPress you are using? That would be very helpful for me so I can reproduce this here and see how to fix.

    It’s PHP v5.6.27.

I did delete the current Caldera folder and then downloaded a new version from the repository and uploaded that. Seems to have worked.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, I don’t like hearing about this sort of error, but if I can figure out why it’s happening we can fix it.

I tested at 5.6.20 – I couldn’t get Docker to get any more specific. It worked fine. I wonder if you just had a bad download. Data transfers go bad, and WordPress doesn’t check the file contents of a plugin update.

I’ll get a server with 5.6.27 tomorrow and report back.
