    I am sorry to read about your issue. Below are a few questions to help troubleshoot this issue:

    1) Do you know from which version of the plugin are you updating?
    2) Did this error happen once upon upgrade and the plugin is still working or you simply can’t keep the plugin activated?
    3) If you deactivate the plugin and activate it back again, does it help?
