    please check you’re setting. Field seperator and auto detect line endings!

    Ok i changed to auto detect line endings and and field seperator is a comma , and it still reads the same error should the field seperator be something else?

    the field seperator shield be the same as you use in you’re csv!

    Ok I gather that was a dumb question so sorry but this might be another one does this import system support Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values File (.csv) or am i way off? Sorry again i am new to this and i appreciate your patience.

    yes it does and the field seperator is a comma!
