    Hi developers,

the current version 2.0 is producing a fatal error. Possibly only with PHP7.4, but I can’t test different settings.

    Hi

    Thanks for this great plugin.

I’m also getting a fatal error; it doesn’t affect the front end, only the admin side of the site. I’m using PHP 7.2

I’ve gotten the fatal error on multiple websites where I use it. (All on PHP 7.2)

    Thank you

    Hello!

It happened to me too, I’m using php 7.3 and it shows the same message.

I disabled the plugin from command line on my server by changing the plugin directory name to any other name. It allowed me to access the admin panel.

After that, I tried to reactivate the plugin but the error showed up again and again. So I deleted the plugin directory and install it again. It solved part of the problem.

Now, I see I have lost all the custom status I’ve created. All orders have messed up with different status and when I try to access “custom order status tool” it shows the error message I don’t have permission to access the page.

    Hi @robertskiba,

Could you please reinstall the plugin again and check whether the error still exists or not?

Do let us know how it goes.

    Regards,
    Kenil Shah
