• Dear WordPress community,

I have a huge problem on my wordpress e-commerce website running woocommerce.
I think I have been hacked and somewhere on my webspace there is malware which destroys my website.

The website I am talking about is https://silverbay.de
When you open the website you see a lot of codes display ,,include_once(): Failed opening…” errors which usually depend on permission rights.

But then I noticed something really weird. When I connect to FTP I noticed that some files like wp-config.php and other plugin or theme files permission rights have been set from ,644′ to ,200′ (from (read-write, read) to (write only)). When I change the permission rights and look into the file I always find a php-code which occurs the mistake. Here is the php-code:

    [code redacted]

The code occurs the errors on my website. I fixed all the files that had the code and tried to reload my page, but there is something which always finds new files and puts the code in.

Can you please help fixing my website. I don't know what to do. I can not find any folder or files which could be responsible for this.

    Thank you!

Remain calm and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.

I”ve removed the malware code from your post — please do not post stuff like that here.
