    Hi,

I really want your charting plugin to work (because I love TablePress) but I get a fatal error message every time I add in the chartist shortcode on a page.

I have php version 5.6.31 running (just confirmed it).

And I added a really dead-simple table in case the table I imported was too complex.

But I still see the same message:

“Cannot handle your request: HTTP ERROR 500”

    on the front end and

“[27-Sep-2017 17:36:27 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function tablepress_get_table() in /home/visitne1/public_html/demo/wp-content/plugins/charts-for-tablepress-chartist/tablepress_chartist.php on line 149” in my debug log.

Any ideas of what I can do to use your plugin?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

that’s strange, the function tablepress_get_table is provided by TablePress itself and not by the plugin. Can you confirm using the latest version of TablePress?

Also, could you try installing the previous version of the TablePress Chartist plugin? You can download it over here: https://github.com/silsha/tablepress_chartist/archive/0.8.zip

    Hi,

    TablePress version 1.8
TablePress Extension: Chartist (now running) version 0.8

    I added in this code:
[table-chart id=2 /] to the page, in both Chrome and Firefox. Got a blank page in Firefox, and saw the same error message as noted above in Chrome.

I also disabled caching on the demo site while working on it. It’s still disabled.

    What else can I do?

    Cheers.

    Hi,

    sorry for my late reply.

If you have other plugins installed, can you make a separate installation on the same server, only installing TablePress and the Chartist Extension?

There might be a problem in combination with one of your other plugins.

    Hello,

I’ve got the same issue just now after installing “page builder by Siteorigin” – removing this plugin get Chartist to work again.
Is there any other page builder plugin that I could use?

    Thanks,
    Chris
