We attempted an upgrade and received this message and we don’t know how to fix it.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in /home/content/06/7258206/html/sfc/wp-content/themes/arras/library/widgets.php on line 404

We do not have a backup!

-try switching to the unedited default theme (twenty eleven) for a moment by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes. The idea is to force WordPress to fall back to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue.

If you don’t have access to your admin area, then access your server via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

The error is due to your themes. Switch back to the default theme via FTP

how can solve the error through switch back mode.

Please review instructions in my previous post. You can switch back to the default theme via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
