    TML version is 6.4.2

When I try to reset my password I click on forgot password. After I enter in my email address the screen goes blank and I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_password_reset_key() in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/theme-my-login/includes/class-theme-my-login.php on line 1156

    Here is my stage site:

I have reset to the default wordpress theme and I am still getting this error after I enter in my email address.

I have turned on debugging mode put it pretty much just gave me the same error.

  • Same here… I reverted to 6.4.1 and it seems to work.

Unfortunately, that was an oversight on my end. That function was introduced in WordPress 4.4. You’ll either have to downgrade TML or upgrade WP (which I’d recommend).

I just upgraded to WP 4.4, using TML 6.4.2, and I’m still getting the following two issues on my dev server:

    1. The reset link only contains the dirname + query string (missing protocol and server name)
    2. Once copy/pasted, the reset link returns “Your password reset link has expired. Please request a new link below.”

I tested this in a un-primed environment (no cache/cookies), so I’m not sure how to remedy. I could start reverting/rewriting the plugin, but I don’t want to do that ??

    Any ideas?

Did this ever get corrected? I am in WP 4.4.1 and TML 6.4.3. I’m getting the same issues as everyone else.

I have WP 4.3.1 and TML 6.4.2 and the same problem. Any ideas?

muminux, I found my error was occurring because I was using another user plugin, User Frontend Pro. The plugins were conflicting. You might verify you don’t have other user related plugins that might be conflicting.
