Fatal error fron PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0.25

After upgrading my server from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0.25 it causes a fatal error on my site, and I have to ftp in to disable WooCommerce Stripe Gateway. I don’t understand the error on line 69 of class-wc-gateway-stripe-alipay.php, I’m not even using alipay or so I think.
Is there any filter or code to prevent loading alipay?This is the WooCommerce log message:

May I ask, can you navigate to WooCommerce > settings > payments and make sure you have Stripe Alipay disabled to see if that solves the issue?

You can check your Stripe Dashboard as well to see if Ali Pay is enabled on there, so that you can disable it.
If that does not help, you can switch the site’s theme temporarily to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway. At this point, check again to see if the issue persists.
A convenient tool in this case is the Meks Quick Plugin Disabler, it will remember what plugins you currently have active so it’s easy to switch them back on.
