Fatal error from WP admin

All of sudden I cannot enter any of the Admin site funtionality. I can access the WP-DAshboard and I see all the left navigation but when I try to enter my pages, or Update the site, I get these types of errors:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /data/17/2/67/36/2719199/user/2987706/htdocs/wordpress2/wp-content/plugins/seo-ultimate/plugin/class.seo-ultimate.php(1555) : runtime-created function on line 1

OR

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /data/17/2/67/36/2719199/user/2987706/htdocs/wordpress2/wp-content/plugins/seo-ultimate/plugin/class.seo-ultimate.php(1555) : runtime-created function on line 1

If I remove the SEO-Ultimate plugin, everything goes back to normal.
I have the latest WP, and all other plugins are current.
