Fatal error from woocommerce>setting

  • Hello, good day, Im faing an error, when I go to my woocommerce>setting page, I find this error: https://prnt.sc/lY1NG6PVopt1
    My recent php memory limit is 768MB which is very huge I think, but still this issue not solved.
    I need asap solution as our site is already live.

  • Hi @rahmatanik

    Did you edit the memory limit in wp-config file or in php.ini file? Both of them should be changed. In case of php.ini you edit only if you have access to the server.

    I think that woocommerce needs 512M.
