    HI,

I’ve recently updated a website to the most recent Woocommerce plugin and I know have the following fatal error when trying to access the website:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wc_get_loop_prop() in /home/reale566/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-query.php:376 Stack trace: #0 /home/reale566/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-query.php(363): WC_Query->adjust_total_pages() #1 /home/reale566/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(289): WC_Query->handle_get_posts(Array) #2 /home/reale566/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(249): WP_Hook->apply_filters(Array, Array) #3 /home/reale566/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-query.php(3190): apply_filters_ref_array(‘the_posts’, Array) #4 /home/reale566/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-query.php(3448): WP_Query->get_posts() #5 /home/reale566/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-query.php(3559): WP_Query->query(Array) #6 /home/reale566/public_html/wp-content/themes/saasland/inc/saasland_functions.php(283): WP_Query->__construct(Array) #7 /home/reale566/public_html/wp-content/themes/saasland/options/opt_header.php(99): saasland_get_postTitleArray(‘header’) in /home/reale566/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-query.php on line 376

  • Getting the same error after the update of woocommerce to 4.4.0 Deactivating the WP Popups Lite solved the problem, but I don’t think this is a fix since on two other sites where I have the same plugin runnig I didn’t get any problem.

i am also facing the same issue and same error as mentioned above.

Please Help if any body has idea related to this ?

Error occurs when trying to update database after woo-commerce plugin update in worpdress 5.5

Ditto here – after WooCommerce update to version 4.4.0. Had to open site in recovery mode and deactivate WooCommerce to be able to open the site or wp-admin.

Same problem when visiting a page sith a single product.

I also get the same error… can anyone help ?

    Hi @neoseo1300,

Looking at the stack-trace, it looks like this might be a compatibility issue between your theme (i.e. saasland) and WooCommerce. Since the release, we’ve had several other reports that are flagging the same line of code – wc_get_loop_prop.

There’s an open bug report that our developers are currently working on: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/27394

    Hi RK,

Thank you for your feedback. Note that when I deactivate “DT Redux Framework” (as discussed in the link you shared), the fatal error goes away.

    Thank you,

I also get the same error…
if i deactivate “woocommerce order status manager” plugin the fatal error goes away.

Do you know how to correct that?

    Thank you

We’re back to normal with the 4.4.1 update that was just rolled out. Thanks everyone for the very quick turnaround!

Just to confirm, WooCommerce 4.4.1 has now been released, and updating to this version will solve the issues mentioned above.

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as solved but please feel free to start a new thread if you see any additional problems.
