I am getting an issue with this error when activating sportspress

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tgmpa() (previously declared in /home/SITENAME/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sportspress/includes/libraries/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php:1927) in /home/SITENAME/public_html/wp-content/themes/klein/klein/tgm-plugin-activation-class.php on line 1041
