my website now cannot be viewed and this is the white screen and text that shows to anyone who visits the address, although everything on my back end appears as normal on wordpress

Warning: require_once(/home/customer/www/rikkibarrattmtb.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-services/classes/class-wc-connect-extension-compatibility.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/rikkibarrattmtb.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-services/woocommerce-services.php on line 39

    Hi Rik,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It appears that the WooCommerce Shipping and Tax plugin is trying to load a file that doesn’t exist or can’t be found. This is likely causing the white screen you’re seeing when you try to view your site.

However, checking your site, I am unable to replicate the issue as the site is loading as expected on my end:

Have you managed to resolve this since reaching out, or are you still experiencing the same issue on your end?

If the issue is still present for you, can you try clearing your browser cache and see if this makes any difference?

Should the issue persist, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
    • Screenshot(s): Please can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end when viewing to your site.

If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed,?Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots.

Please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Cheers!
