Fatal error Facebook plugin

I updated plugins on my site today and got the message below. I can no longer log into my www.remarpro.com site and when I go to the site at svseastheday.com I just get the same message:

How can I get into my website on www.remarpro.com to delete the Facebook plugin if that’s what I need to do?
