Fatal error Emails

Hi,
I have Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce free version. and I have an issue that came up a few week ago.
the emails are not being sent to this customer and there is an error in the email customizer is related to the fields.

when I disable the plugin it works fine.

how can I resolve this issue?
This issue happened when i updated woocommerce.
