• I have 3 plugins (free versions) by Supsystic on my site: Data tables generator 1.7.5, Photo Gallery 1.14.7 and Slider 1.7.48. Updating any of this plugins to newest version gives WP fatal error. Does anybody know how to update those plugins correctly without breaking WP, any errors and data lost? I’ve wrote to support by form on Supsystic web page over a month ago and got no answer ??
Now I’m stuck with these versions and my site is potentially vulnerable because of it.

    Hello, @4harry4444
    Thank you for feedback.
    We ansered you in ticket.
This is a problem with the Twig library.
It has been updated in all plugins.
Accordingly, you should update all our plugins on your site. Free and PRO (if any)
    Delete old ones.
    Install new ones.

    Best regards,
    Ole

    Hi,
I’ve get Your last email on 16.11.2020 ‘Your request (36298) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.’ and no more messages.

Anyway will I loose my tables, galleries, maps after deleting old plugins and installing new ones?

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Supsystic plugins did not remove the data and fixed the problem with the error. However, I had to correct a few things because after such an update procedure the data did not look the same as before.
