    I received the following error message on our site, after installing the Gravity Partial Entries add on. Can you advise what is going on and how to fix this error:

    G’day jbaldwin8,

    Please export the form as a .json file, and send me the file. I can then load it into my testbed and work through the problem.

    Forms > Import/Export > Export Forms

    Open a support ticket with me on my support form, and I’ll reply to you so that you can send me the exported file.
