• The site is https://orangestudiosphotography.com hosted by webhostingbuzz.com. It is a photography site with the Photocrati theme. It has worked fine for years. I am writing in for my daughter; it is her site. She has it hosted on my account in webhostingbuzz.com. I also have a Photocrati WordPress site and it has worked just fine all along too.

She was updating while in her dashboard this morning. After/during a plug-in update she was suddenly locked out and could not get back in.

If you go to this url or the wp-login page, this is the fatal error seen at the top of a blank page:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class nggImage in /home/salsa7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/ngglegacy/lib/image.php on line 79

I have written to Photocrati in case they can help, but thought I had also better check here.

What do we need to do?

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). That should allow you to access the site again.

Then, just reactivate everything but the NextGen plugin and wait for the folks at Photocrati to get back to you with regards to what went wrong.
