Fatal error during activation of wedocs plugin

    I purchased weDocs Pro plugin and have a license key. However, I am having difficulties with the installation and activation. I have tried three ways:

    1. I installed the weDocs plugin from the WordPress admin dashboard by searching for it. It installs and activates well. However, I cannot figure out how to enter my licence key to upgrade the free version to the Pro version.
    2. I also installed the plugin by uploading it manually from the WordPress repository but had the same problem as in 1 (it installed and activated but there is no option to upgrade to PRO).
    3. I downloaded the wedocs-pro.v1.1.2.zip file from my weDocs account and uploaded it on our WordPress dashboard. The plugin installed but when I tried to activate it, I received the following error message: “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.     I’m wondering if there is a conflict of some of our other plugins. We are using LearnDash, Formidable Forms, H5P, Yoast SEO and a few additional ones to manage email notifications.

    I cannot find any support documentation. All links to upgrades from the plugin only lead to the pricing page on the weDocs website.

While we will not close your post, we also cannot guarantee any support at all, be that by volunteers or the developers.
