The page was completely down after the error, all articles and images were gone.

Only after I uploaded them again, the page works again. Have deactivated Yoast. Would like to use it again though…. Any idea what to do.

    Thanks

    Hello Fmert,

I’m sorry about the fatal error, considering you’re running the latest Yoast SEO and WordPress versions. It looks like a function/code is missing a referenced file, or a (recent) update of our plugin on your site might have been incomplete.

If you remove and reinstall the plugin, you should not have this issue anymore. Please clear all the cache from your theme, plugin, server, CDN like Cloudflare or browser. Please speak to those authors if you are unsure how to clear the cache from the theme/plugin. If you want to clear the cache from the server, please speak to your host provider. To clear the cache from a browser, use this guide: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-clear-my-browsers-cache/
