Hello Everyone! I was installing a plugin called Customify on my site, when the page went totally white with that writing:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function rest_url() in /web/htdocs/www.gaialimandri.it/home/home/wp-content/plugins/customify/class-pixcustomify.php on line 490

I’m not a programmer, so I don’t know how to solve this problem… Also, the solutions I’ve already tried, following tutorials were too hard for me,
    I can’t access on wordpress anymore, and so I can’t edit anything…

    Please help me

  • Hi,

It seems the plugin is causing error. Please delete the following folder and you website will start working.

    wp-content/plugins/customify/

You have to delete the customify folder and all files inside it.

    Thanks

Thank you for your answer, also..

Can you explain me how I can find the folder, please?
I am just able to use wordpress a little, and I’m really a noob in that

Reading other answers I have tryed to install phpmyadmin, but with no success..

You’ll need to FTP (or similar) into your site to remove the plugin files.

I don’t know what ant FTP is.
At the wordpress class I took they just explained how to install a theme and plugins, that’s all.

Please, can you explain like you would do to a five years old?
    Please

    Hi,

Is installed on my server I think, I’ve opened a site and installed the wordpress plugin in it

    Hi,

Then you have login on your server using FTP or CPanel and delete the following folder.

    /web/htdocs/www.gaialimandri.it/home/home/wp-content/plugins/customify/

You have to delete the customify folder and all files inside it.

    Thanks
