    Hello everyone and miniOrange team.

I’ve recently encountered a fatal error which was made aware of by WordPress.

The error states “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I have checked and followed the instructions by updating my miniOrange social login to the latest version and ultimate members as well (we’re using these two plugins for user management).

The social logins are working without issue on our website thankfully, but the miniOrange UI and some menu items are not responsive and not displaying.

I talked to WordPress support and they gave me this error:

PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/miniorange-login-openid/social_apps/wiebo.php’ (include_path=’/:.’) in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/miniorange-login-openid/view/config_apps/mo_openid_config_apps.php on line 46

Has anyone else encountered and this? Could the miniOrange team take a look at this as well? The WordPress team told me that I should contact the plugin developers. Thank you!

  • Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

It seems like some upgrade issue, can you please try to delete “app_pos” and “app_pos_premium” options from wp_options table directly from the DB and try again?

Let us know if the above solution works for you.

    Thanks
    Team miniOrange
