    Hi,

I recently installed the theme Glider and it completely messed up my site. I get the error when I try to go to the wp-admin panel:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /home/angelicaalzona/angelicaalzona.com/wp-content/themes/Glider/inc/modules/about-author/about-author.php on line 161

I tried to get into themes.php, theme-install.php, nothing works.

Is there any way to fix this error without using FTP? Can I just just reset it or wash away the theme? I’ve already upgraded to the latest version of WordPress.

I have struggled and struggled with FTP and it’s just not working at all. It says that “if you do not already have an FTP account on your server, use your cPanel or website administration tool to set one up”, but I don’t have cPanel and I’m not sure what they mean by website admin tool. Does that mean on Dreamhost? If so I can’t get to it because someone else controls that account. If they mean on WP admin, I can’t access that because of the error.

I would really really appreciate any help anyone can give me! Thank you so so much.

There is no way to fix this without ftp or access to cPanel. Both require the same credentials. How did you install a theme without Admin rights?

You need to get the FTP info from DreamHost – it’s not the same as your WP login. Here’s info on using FTP at DreamHost:
