fatal error – demo plug-in

  • Hi
    I am trying to change a web site nd refresh it.
    I have updated WP to the latest version and I got this error when I tried to update the onepress plug_in, cause I need to get a new license.
    I dont have a child theme, not I have changed any .php.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class FT_Demo_Content in /home/content/92/8137092/html/Fidia2017/wp-content/plugins/onepress-demo-importer-master/inc/ft-content.php on line 2

    Please deactivate and delete all import plugins then installed Plugin FameThemes Theme Importer again.

    thanks for the reply. I cannot access wordpress dashboard. So can’t deactivate or delete. Probably need to work in FTP on the server not via WP

    Yes. You need to access in FTP to delete the plugin folder.

    Ho Congthien,
    I deleted the plug-in and reinstalled the onepress plus via zip file.
    When i try to activate it i have thi serror

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’ in /home/content/92/8137092/html/Fidia2017/wp-content/plugins/famethemes-demo-importer/inc/class-progress.php on line 181

    tried twice with no success

    We mean you can delete the FameTheme Demo Importer plugin, not OnePress Plus plugin.

    Hi Congthien,
    I have reinstalled a fresh WP in a new directory.
    I still have the same problem. I deleted the demo plug in (not the OnePress Plus) and Onepress Plus doesn’t load in Customize and I don’t have a Frontpage.
    When I load demo plug-in, I still have the error.
    I use WordPress 4.8.2 running OnePress theme.
