  • The problem is with the Flatsome theme active on your website.

    This is a commercial theme. Support volunteers here don’t have access to commercial products. This makes it impossible for us to test anything out and provide any support.

    Please contact the theme’s author or marketplace where you purchase it from for assistance.

    FLATSOME theme is sold on ThemeForest, and you can information on how to get support for this theme here:

    But, I’m wondering, how did you end up with this commercial theme on your website in the first place?

    I’m asking because commercial theme authors often require some proof of purchase before providing support to site owners using their themes.

    So if you did not purchase this theme yourself but someone else used it to build your site for you, you may not have any proof of purchase… and the theme’s developer might not help you. If this is the case, you might have to turn to the person or agency that used this time to build the website for help.

    Yes, I know… it’s not fun being tossed around from place to place for support… but there’s nothing we can do to help with a theme, when you don’t even have access to the said theme.

    I found out log in info for Evanto….

    I had the same error with flatsome and I solved it changing the php version from 7 to 7.3.
