    Hi there,

    A client recently updated their site to WP 3.5.1 by clicking the “update” button within the admin panel and since then, the following error displays on the shop front

    Fatal error: Class ‘woocommerce_product’ not found in /home/macyhome/public_html/shop/wp-content/themes/emporium/index.php on line 32

    Versions are all up to date:
    WP = 3.5.1
    WC = 2.0.7
    Emporium Theme (from WooThemes)= 1.1.4 (Framework version 5.5.5)

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Chris

    Looks like a very old version of the theme. Update that and you should be back to normal ??

    Thanks @jameskoster

    Just out of curiosity, what version is the latest version of Emporium? I’m doing this work becuase the original designer is too busy, so I will have to get the login details for their purchase and re-download if necessary.

    The latest version is 1.7.5

    Hi James,

    I now have the latest version (1.7.5) – in terms of updating the theme, is there a way within WordPress to update this theme automatically like other themes? I’d rather this than copy files from the new theme to overwrite old files manually via FTP.

    Thanks
    Chris

    @abir43tee – this is an old already resolved thread – not a good place to post – starting a new thread would be advisable per

    WOW!!!
    I have solved it……

    @v!0W9ujD8ih3

    Can you state the solution?

    It may be an old problem, but I can not find the posts where the solution is given to:

    Fatal error: Class ‘woocommerce_product’ not found in /home/hmmsol/hmmsolutionsinc.com/beta/wp-content/themes/whitelight-commerce/includes/homepage-shop-panel.php on line 44.

    I just updated both my Woo Whitelight theme and WooCommerece to the latest versions, and am now getting this error. So I, and dynm too, would appreciate the solution being posted here, or somewhere that Google can find it. Thanks.
